1. Choose a Right Place and Right Time

Everyone has a different idea about the best place and time to study, whether it's your bedroom at night or the library after school, find a study space and regular study time that works for you. and stick with it.

  • Set the right place of your study – Your study place should be quiet, comfortable and distraction-free. It should make you happy and inspiring. You can decorate it with your favorite picture or object, If you like to listen to music or burn incense for peace, choose a place where you can do that.

  • Find your best time – Some people work better in the morning. Some people work better at night, you work at the time that suits you and then plan to study. Generally, go to sleep at bedtime, do not study till late at night, you can not study properly by forcing yourself late at night because you will feel very tired.

2. Study Every Single Day

If you study a little bit every day, you will be able to constantly review what's on your mind. It helps you to understand things and it also helps you to avoid last minute exam stress.

At the beginning of the year, studying for an hour or two before going to sleep at night may be enough. Later you can study more everyday for exam time.

If you're having trouble finding time to study, take some (but not all) of your time out of other activities, such as not wasting your time online or hanging out with friends etc.

3. Fix Your Timing

Here are some tips to help you make the most of your study time.

  • Set Alarm – Set an alarm to remind you of your study time. A regular reminder helps a lot in bringing you honesty and on the right track in your studies.
  • Use a wall planner – Stick a calendar or wall planner on your wall so that you can read it. Mark it with important dates, such as the dates of exams and assignments. Use it to block your regular study timetable as well.
  • To-Do List – At the beginning of the week, make a list of things that you need to accomplish by the end of the week, make a to-do list at the beginning of each study session, so that you know what you need to do with your time.
  • Set a time limit – Before starting your study session, go through your to-do lists and set aside a set amount of time to spend on each task. If you don't get something in the stipulated time, consider whether this is the best use of your time, move on with it, or start working on something else.

4. Discover your learning style

Most of us have our own favorite way of learning. Learn about the learning style you are most comfortable with and the way you learn best.

Note that these styles are just one way of thinking about teaching techniques, not hard and fast rules that say you should study one way or the other. Try each of these and see which way you like to study.

  • Auditory learners like to learn by listening. Try reading your notes aloud and discussing them with other people. You can record key points and play them back.
